- 30-Day
SATURN Personnel agrees to refund 100% of the direct placement fee paid if a candidate voluntarily resigns within the first 30 days of employment. This not only protects the company from a bad-hiring decision, it also allows your company to hire without financial risk.
- 90-Day Replacement Guarantee
SATURN Personnel agrees to replace, at no additional cost, a direct placement candidate within 90 days of their start date for any reason. All replacement requests must be in writing within 7 days of candidates' departure date.
- 1 Year No Recruit Guarantee
SATURN Personnel will not directly recruit from clients for a period of one year, but will provide outplacement assistance upon receipt of written request by authorized client officer. A client of SATURN Personnel is defined as a company that has paid SATURN Personnel a placement fee on time for services rendered within the last 365 days.
